This words by Winston Churchill are justified and challenges us as hosts:
Eat well in the Kirchental – we only cook with fresh, local and high-quality ingredients that are seasonal. Good basic products from suppliers in the region are the basis for our traditional “Pinzgauer fare” and Austrian dishes from “Grandma’s kitchen”.
Our dishes are always freshly prepared – we therefore ask for your understanding for short waiting times.
Our general menu is small but fine. We also offer a daily changing menu with our own daily specials. The daily ticket is based on what is on offer at the seasonal market and the following applies: “if it’s over, it’s over” (translated: while stocks last).
On Sundays we always have fresh, crispy roast pork. You shouldn’t miss it!
Of course, we also cook something for groups on request. From around 20 people you can eat roast pork, spare ribs, Kasnock’n and other delicacies with us – “everything is possible”. Contact us, we will make you an individual offer!
